Chancel Choir

 

The Chancel Choir is our traditional choir and rehearses Wednesday evenings 6:30-8:00 p.m. The choir provides music at both our 8:30 and 10:00 a.m. Sunday worship services. The variety of music sung ranges from beautiful classical pieces to gospel spirituals. The choir, along with a full orchestra, also prepares and performs a Cantata at Christmas time with additional members of our church and surrounding communities. This ensemble is open to anyone 9th grade and older.

 

PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Servant Song

 

Servant Song leads our 10:00 a.m. worship service. There is a wide variety of music provided by this ensemble, from contemporary arrangements of hymns to music performed by todays contemporary Christian artists. There is an opportunity for you to be involved as a lead vocal musician, instrumentalist, or part of the praise chorus. Anyone middle school age and up are invited to contact dennis@crownofglory.org for more information about being involved in this ensemble. Rehearsals are Wednesdays at 8:00 p.m.

The Crew

 

The Crew is our Saturday evening band, which provides a wide range of music and music styles. The band meets at 4:30 p.m. and leads the 5:30 p.m. worship service. If you play and instrument or enjoy singing and are free on Saturday nights...come and be involved with The Crew.

Kids of the Kingdom

 

A choir for children in 3rd-5th grade.   Rehearsals are Wednesdays 5:00-5:45 pm, all are welcome to join.   Kids of the Kingdom is scheduled to sing several times in worship throughout the school year.

God's Echo

 

God’s Echo is for youth 6th-8th grade. A variety of music is provided by this group. Rehearsals are Wednesdays at 5:45 p.m.

Youth Band

 

NEW!!!! This is an auditioned band for youth in grades 6th-12th. The Youth Band will lead music at the Gathering, which is the worship portion of our Confirmation program. Check back to see when rehearsals begin. If interested in auditioning, click here!
