Sunday School - Age 3-3rd Grade

 

Sunday School is a key part of our mission at Crown of Glory.  We believe it is important for our children to learn about God and his Word. Our Sunday School program is based on both the Spark Rotation model and Spark Lectionary model.  Each lesson includes elements such as: art, cooking, games, science, and video to experience the story with “hands on” learning. Sunday School is held during all three church services September through May.


Our 3 year old Sunday School (Little Lambs) is provided at the 10:00 am Sunday service only.  Children must be 3 years old by September 1st to participate.  Registration forms are available at church or you may register online by clicking here.

 

​We suggest a $20 free-will offering per child to cover the costs of Sunday School, however it is NOT required.  We want to see as many children involved in the program as possible.  If you have a PAYPAL account and would like to make a donation to Sunday School, click here.
Connect: 4th - 5th Grade

 

Connect is a new youth ministry offered on Wednesday evenings. The program is a two year rotation of Bible lessons created to help preteens or "tweens" connect the individual lessons they have heard in Sunday School into larger concepts found in the Bible.   Connect is offered from 6:00 - 6:55pm on Wednesday throughout the program year. The Connect program requires a $40 fee, however, we do not want to discourage children from being involved. You may contact Laura Root, our Children's Ministry Director about scholarship opportunities. To pay for Connect using PAYPAL, click here.

Nursery

 

Crown of Glory provides a staffed nursery that is available for the Saturday evening service and both Sunday morning services. The nursery is located on the south side of the building; signs are posted to help you find your way. For your convenience and peace of mind, an electronic pager system is available to alert parents during your child's stay in the nursery. While in the nursery, children enjoy free play, as well as, structured activities and crafts similar to the Sunday School lessons. Green Lake Bible Camp

 

Operated by Green Lake Lutheran Ministries, this week long summer journey is a chance to make friendships, renew faith, and strengthen your relationship with God. Camp is open to all those who have completed grades 2 – 12. Sunday School Team is a group of individuals who plan and adapt lesson units for Sunday School through out the program year.
